I have always hated the way people have to either use photobucket or some other source of uploading for their images. So I have developed a simple ftp upload system on my site that will organize your IMAGE files and make them easy to manage and remove if necessary.
The big catch to this is that I will only be allowing images smaller than 1 mb, and of course, they can ONLY BE IMAGES. The image pathlengths I am allowing are .jpg, .gif, and .png. The three most commonly used file extensions.
This should make it easy for people to post their images in another forum or on another site. I will provide the image address and a HTML copy and paste method for ease of use.
The current preview will not work, but it will give you a glimpse of what I have done so far... Once I set up the registration (Away from FLASH), I will add the upload option. At first I will only be allowing beta testers and will only give permission to certain people.
I expect to have this done by the end of the upcoming weekend, considering the ridiculous amount of work I already have for this week...
